Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking a Security Transformation Consultant to drive security improvements across SAP and Oracle environments. You will assess current-state capabilities, define target-state designs and help deliver security transformation with cross-functional teams.

You will lead workstreams, engage with client stakeholders, and translate complex security concepts into practical recommendations while ensuring alignment with the wider transformation program.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security, technology consulting or transformation programmes.
• Experience in SAP and/or Oracle security environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Cloud/ERP is advantageous.
• Ability to translate security risks into pragmatic recommendations.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined functional or technical area within SAP and/or Oracle security workstreams.
• Assess current-state security capabilities and identify improvements.
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Own outputs including security assessments, target-state designs and roadmaps.
• Provide security expertise across IAM, roles, Privileged Access and governance.
• Translate risks and needs into pragmatic recommendations for transformation.
• Develop target-state security operating models and governance structures.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to manage dependencies and embed security.
• Produce client deliverables and present findings to business and technical audiences.
• Ensure timely delivery and escalate risks or issues as needed.
• Guide analysts and junior team members to deliver quality work.
• Support business case development and communicate value of security investments.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.
