Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Security Transformation Consultant with SAP/Oracle security expertise to join the Security Transformation team in London. You will assess security challenges, define target-state capabilities and deliver security transformation across ERP environments.

You will lead a defined area within workstreams, own analysis and delivery, and mentor junior team members while engaging stakeholders and driving secure transformation for client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security and technology consulting with ERP security focus.
• Exposure to SAP and/or Oracle security environments.
• Ability to translate security risks into practical recommendations.
• Experience leading workstreams with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel across the UK on ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined functional or technical area within SAP and/or Oracle security transformation workstreams.
• Assess current-state security capabilities across SAP/Oracle to identify risks and improvements.
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements.
• Own outputs including security assessments, target-state designs and roadmaps.
• Provide security expertise across IAM, roles, PAM, SOD, governance and controls.
• Translate risks and needs into pragmatic, aligned recommendations.
• Contribute to target-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to embed security in the transformation.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables and present findings clearly.
• Manage delivery quality and escalations for assigned activities.
• Guide analysts and junior team members in day-to-day work.
• Support business case development and communicate value of security investments.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to thought leadership.
• Contribute to proposals and ongoing growth of Accenture's security capabilities.
