Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking a Management Consultant focused on National Security. You will lead transformation projects across UK clients, engaging senior stakeholders and delivering data-driven insights that shape strategic outcomes.

You will collaborate across disciplines, apply agile- and design-thinking approaches, and drive value through human-centered problem solving while maintaining high standards of delivery and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years’ consulting experience in a National Security environment.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and continuous improvement techniques.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to bring insight to complex problems.
• Business analysis, project/programme management experience.
• Experience with data in design or delivery of consulting services in National Security.
• Working with technology to design or deliver transformation in National Security.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Work on transformation projects across National Security clients.
• Be the face of Accenture to the client, advising and coaching senior stakeholders.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and drive issue-based discussions.
• Build trust-based client relationships and address business issues with root-cause analysis.
• Apply human-centered problem-solving to frame opportunities and drive innovation.
• Own streams of work delivering value-driven, data-informed outcomes.
