OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead and support our security team across assigned sites. You will ensure duties are carried out efficiently, maintain a visible security presence, and act as the first point of escalation for incidents.

The role requires a valid SIA licence, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are required, with a commitment to safeguarding people and property.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers, ensuring duties are executed effectively.
• Conduct site patrols, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Maintain a visible security presence and respond promptly to incidents.
• Liaise with clients and management to ensure service excellence.
• Train, mentor, and develop security staff to ensure policy compliance.
• Manage shift scheduling, reporting, and key control procedures.
