Responsibilities

• Has excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
• Ensures employees, guests and visitors’ safety and security within the hotel
• Is knowledgeable in all security and safety standard operating procedures and fully trained in hotel emergency, crisis procedures and evacuation protocols
• Will effectively manage their department and be a hands-on leader
• Is well organised, an excellent communicator and committed to building and developing their team
• Is available to work Day and Night shifts
• Has previous experience as Security Supervisor/Team Leader required
