Job summary

Evolution (Electronic Security Systems) Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the delivery of security system installations across customer sites. You will plan, manage and coordinate projects from order receipt through to completion, ensuring safety, efficiency and high standards.

This autonomous role requires strong organisational skills, stakeholder management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' Project Management experience with cross section of jobs in quantity and values.
• Strong working knowledge of Electronic Security systems installation.
• Familiar with NEC3/4, JCT or other standard forms of contract.
• Proficient in generating and understanding a program of works with Microsoft Project or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite, Visio, and job costing packages.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from planning through to installation, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules ensuring milestones and commitments are achieved.
• Review project specifications, contracts, and technical requirements to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to confirm system design and ensure operational requirements.
• Coordinate equipment, resources and installation activities to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Lead Installation Engineers and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and timelines.
• Organise customer training and oversee commissioning, testing and project completion activities.
• Ensure all project documentation, certifications and handover packs are completed accurately and provided to the client.
• Support effective project invoicing by maintaining accurate records and timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, Health & Safety, environmental requirements and industry best practices.
• Promote GDPR, ISO 27001 compliance across project teams.
