Evolution (Electronic Security Systems) Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the delivery of security system installations across diverse customer sites in the Reading area. You will plan, manage, and coordinate installations from order receipt to final handover, with autonomy and strong organizational skills.

The role requires overseeing schedules, budgets, and quality, collaborating with customers, sales and technical teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and contractual

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' Project Management experience on varied security installations.
• Strong knowledge of electronic security systems installation.
• Familiarity with NEC3/4, JCT or similar contract forms.
• Ability to generate and interpret a program of works using MS Project or similar.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite, Visio, and job costing packages.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from planning through installation, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet milestones and customer commitments.
• Review specifications, contracts and technical requirements for successful delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams and technical stakeholders on system design and requirements.
• Manage resources and installation activities to deliver on time and within budget.
• Monitor project performance, costs and risks, escalating issues as needed.
