Job summary

Evolution (Electronic Security Systems) Ltd seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver security system installations across client sites, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and high standards. You will plan, manage and coordinate projects from order receipt to handover, lead installation engineers and subcontractors, manage schedules, budgets and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, risk management, and a commitment to ongoing training

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Project Management experience with a similar cross section of jobs in quantity and values.
• Strong working knowledge of Electronic Security systems installation.
• Training in, or awareness of, contract forms such as NEC3/4, JCT etc.
• Competent to generate and understand a program of works with Microsoft Project or similar.
• Microsoft 365 suite, Visio, Job costing packages.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from planning through to installation, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules with milestones and commitments.
• Review specifications, contracts and technical requirements for delivery success.
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams and technical stakeholders to confirm system design and requirements.
• Coordinate equipment, resources and installation activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor performance, costs and profitability, escalate issues and implement corrective actions.
