Job summary

Evolution Security is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the delivery of security system installations across customer sites. You will plan, coordinate and oversee projects from receipt to handover, ensuring safety, quality and profitability.

The role requires strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive approach to changing priorities and project demands. You will lead engineers and subcontractors, manage schedules and ensure compliant documentation and

Qualifications

• 2 years’ Project Management experience with a similar cross section of jobs in quantity and values.
• Strong working knowledge of Electronic Security systems installation.
• Familiarity with NEC3/4, JCT or similar forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from planning through installation, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet milestones and customer commitments.
• Review project specifications, contracts and technical requirements for delivery success.
• Coordinate with customers, sales and technical stakeholders to verify system design and requirements.
• Coordinate materials, resources and installation activities to deliver safely, on time and within budget.
• Monitor performance, risks, costs and profitability, escalating issues as needed.
• Lead Installation Engineers and subcontractors to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and stakeholders on progress and timelines.
• Organise customer training, oversee commissioning, testing and project completion.
• Ensure project documentation, certifications and handover packs are completed and provided.
