HP4 Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a New Business Development Manager (Security Systems) based in Hatfield. The role offers £55,000–£65,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle or car allowance, and a full benefits package.

This is a full-time, permanent position with generous progression opportunities. You will identify and win new business opportunities across London, the Home Counties and the South East, selling CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and Integrated

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and closing new business opportunities in the Security Systems sector.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow key accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business across London, Home Counties and the South East, selling CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and Integrated Security solutions.
• Build relationships with end users, consultants, M&E contractors and main contractors.
• Manage full sales cycle from enquiry to contract award; prepare quotations and proposals.
