Job summary

SECOM Plc is seeking a Security Service Engineer to maintain intruder alarms, IP CCTV, and access control systems in the Avon and Bristol area. You will ensure installations meet design specifications and client briefs while upholding high quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include planned maintenance, reactive fault-finding, ordering parts, and timely completion of projects. You will join the on-call rota and report work electronically.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing intruder alarms, IP CCTV and access control.
• Customer-focused and strong communicator.
• Able to work to deadlines and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security systems to design specs and client brief.
• Attend planned maintenance and reactive fault-finding visits.
• Be part of on-call rota and report work electronically.
