Job summary

SECOM Plc in the UK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair security systems including intruder alarms, IP CCTV, access control and VMS platforms. You will work to design specs, attend planned maintenance and fault-finding visits, order parts, and complete projects on time while keeping high quality and compliance.

You will be on the on-call rota, communicate with service teams, and report all work electronically.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing intruder alarms, IP CCTV and access control.
• Customer-focused, strong communicator and computer literate.
• Full UK driving licence and knowledge of Pyronix is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and fault-find security systems including intruder alarms, IP CCTV, access control and VMS platforms.
• Attend planned maintenance and reactive visits, order parts and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Work on-call rota and report all work electronically to service teams.
