The role involves routine maintenance, inspections, and both on-site and remote support to optimize security solutions for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the security industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Superb communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sophisticated security technology that protects assets and ensures safety.
• Leverage technical expertise to provide exceptional service.
