Job summary

Medirest is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead a team at a busy hospital environment, ensuring safety for patients, visitors and staff. The role focuses on coordinating daily security operations, maintaining compliance with NHS policies and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will supervise patrols, incident reporting, CCTV monitoring and contributing to investigations while developing a strong, professional security team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Security Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Holds a valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of working in a healthcare, public sector, or high-footfall environment is desirable.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Competent in producing reports and using basic IT systems.
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
