Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, through Medirest, is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard Healthcare facilities on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). The role focuses on protecting customers, staff and premises while delivering excellent service and supporting a positive brand image.

You will join a team that values safety, professionalism, and proactive customer engagement, with opportunities for career progression within a large UK&I employer.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid SIA license or be eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage access and egress of buildings and surrounding areas.
• Deliver a safe and effective security operation for Healthcare sites.
• Support the public with general queries and maintain brand image.
• Ensure the safety of premises and people on site.
• Provide excellent customer service while on duty.
• Represent Medirest and uphold Compass Group UK&I standards.

We're currently recruiting a motivated Security Officer to help us ensure continual safety for Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
