Job summary

Tunbridge NHS Trust engages Staffline to recruit a Security Supervisor for a busy site. The role carries a 42-hour average week with 4 on 4 off shifts, including nights, and a pay rate of £15.86 per hour. You will hold a Full UK Driving Licence and SIA Door Supervisor licence, with CCTV training available if needed.

This is a frontline position in a high-activity environment. The ideal candidate will lead day and night teams, coordinate CCTV operations, and uphold safety and reporting standards

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence and a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• CCTV knowledge desirable; training can be provided if not held.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the client and company, maintaining a welcoming and professional appearance.
• Manage the Night/Day Security Team and CCTV operations in the security control room.
• Take ownership of site assignment instructions and ensure staff follow site directives.
• Attend meetings as required and adhere to reporting structures and protocols.
• Carry out monthly staff welfare checks and annual staff appraisals.
• Ensure all paperwork is up to date and maintained; support the team during holidays or sickness.
• Ensure staff are competent through induction and ongoing toolbox talks.
• Comply with company policies, health and safety plans, and site procedures.
• Liaise with client and operations management; write in-depth incident and site checks reports.
