Job summary

Staffline are recruiting a Security Supervisor to join the G4S team at a well-known site in East Kilbride. The role is on site with a 50-hour week, paying £14.88 per hour, Monday to Friday daytime shifts. Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence and own car.

You will supervise security staff, manage incidents, and ensure high standards of safety, reporting to the Security Manager and client as required. A valid SIA badge is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor badge.
• Be aged 18 or over.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be proactive and able to work on own initiative and with others.
• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence and have own car.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the highest personal and professional standards on site.
• Supervise the security team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Liaise with the Security Manager and client during incidents and report promptly.
• Respond to alarms and incidents, and participate in controlled access and egress.
• Provide a safe and secure working environment for staff, visitors, and contractors.
