G4S is hiring a Security Supervisor at Tunbridge Wells Hospital. You will lead a professional security team within a busy healthcare setting, ensuring safety for patients, staff and visitors while supporting and developing your team.

This role is ideal for an experienced Security Officer aiming to progress or a current Supervisor seeking a new challenge, with opportunities to contribute to a reputable provider in the UK.

Qualifications

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own transport.
• Strong IT and report-writing skills.
• Experience working within a security environment.
• The ability to lead, motivate and support a team.
• A professional and customer-focused approach.
• A CCTV Licence is desirable; however, training can be provided if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the on-site security team.
• Oversee daily security operations and CCTV activities.
• Ensure site procedures and security standards are maintained.
• Support staff development through training, inductions and welfare checks.
• Liaise with the client and operations management team.
• Manage incidents and complete detailed reports when required.
• Help maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
