Job summary

Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a team of Security Support Officers across the Mansfield estate. You will manage rotas, provide hands‑on leadership, and ensure consistent, compliant service delivery with strong client relationships.

You will oversee security systems, data, and reporting while coordinating with police and internal stakeholders. A current SIA licence and UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guard) is essential.
• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Proven experience in a security supervisory or management role is essential.
• Strong people management and rota planning experience.
• Confident communicator with clients, police and stakeholders.
• Proficient with digital systems and security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Support Officers across shifts to ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular 1:1 reviews, coaching, and development feedback.
• Manage rota planning, staffing levels and holiday/sick cover.
• Provide on‑call support outside core hours for urgent issues.
• Oversee deployments and client communications, ensuring service quality.
• Maintain and audit CCTV, alarm data, and reporting for internal clients.
