Security

Security at The Belfry is responsible for ensuring the Resort is a safe and crime-free environment for team members and guests. The security team helps to resolve difficult situations promptly. They work closely with all departments and guests, displaying outstanding customer service and organisational skills.

Salary

The on-target earning potential for this role is a £32,385 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £30,663 plus an estimated £1,722 in gratuities per annum, ensuring a rewarding compensation package.

About The Role

This role is contracted for 46 hours per week, consisting of four 12-hour shifts over a 7-day period.

Duties of the Role:

• Provide a safe and crime-free environment for all clients, visitors, and staff
• Coordinate with the Head of Security on departmental issues
• Maintain accurate stock and security equipment
• Conduct and supervise crime investigations
• Deputise for the Head of Security when needed
• Collaborate with police on crime prevention and issues
• Perform regular patrols using Morse Watchman system
• Carry out staff, vehicle, and locker searches
• Perform door duties as required
• Attend incidents and complete reports
• Ensure compliance with evacuation procedures
• Operate CCTV in accordance with legislation
• Assist in internal investigations and procedures related to drugs
