Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a dedicated security officer to join our on-site team. You’ll welcome staff, visitors and contractors, and lead the security team during shifts, conducting patrols and managing access control, CCTV, and incident response.

The role requires a valid SIA licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding), CCTV licence and a full UK driving licence, with strong English communication and teamwork. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history
• A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence

• Previous control room experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team
• A proactive approach, strong customer focus, and excellent team-building skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English
• Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
