Job summary

Corps Security in Stallingborough is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Supervisor to oversee the security function on our client’s premises. You will manage a 40‑hour week, Mon‑Fri 0630‑1430, leading daily team operations and ensuring high professionalism across all duties.

Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV and alarms, incident response, reporting, contractor oversight, and liaison with emergency services. Strong IT skills and BS7858 vetting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• A valid SIA Front‑Line License - essential
• A Full Manual UK Driving License - essential
• A valid SIA CCTV License - desirable
• Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure.
• Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
• Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring the team are fulfilling all their daily tasks and adhering to Assignment Instructions and Corps Security policies.
• Monitor surveillance and alarm systems and respond to any security breaches/incidents in an efficient and timely manner - ensuring escalation processes are adhered to.
• Lead, manage and motivate direct reports including goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, coaching and development training, and monitor attendance/timekeeping.
• Submit of all necessary reports and performance measurement documentation to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor all staff and contractor activities on the site including the ‘control of contractors’, recording of method statements and risk assessments.
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during emergencies.
• Regularly inspect security equipment (e.g. CCTV, Access Control, Alarms) and ensure proper functioning and upkeep.
• Investigate any security incidents, accidents, and breaches, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations.
• Ensure effective communication across departments with integrating security measures into all operational factors.
• Attainment of Corps Security KPI’s and assist with investigation of apparent non‑conformance.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

We are looking for a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Supervisor in Stallingborough to oversee the performance and upkeep of the security function on one of our esteemed clients’ premises. What Are You Going To Do
