Securitas UK is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the on-site security team at a premier aerospace client. You will manage staffing, training, documentation, and ensure high standards of safety and service across all sites.

The role requires a proactive leader with a customer-focused mindset and strong IT/security system knowledge. Ideal candidates will have a valid SIA Licence, 5+ years in security, and supervisory experience, with right to work in the UK and excellent communication skills.

This Security Supervisor role is ideal for an experienced security professional with strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and a commitment to safety, security, and service excellence., You'll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Lead and support the on-site security team.
