Job summary

GuardPass Limited in Bedford is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead on-site security operations for a long-term project. You will supervise security personnel, ensure procedures are followed, and coordinate with site management to maintain safety.

The role requires a valid SIA licence, proven supervisory experience on construction or commercial sites, and strong leadership and communication skills. The shift pattern is 4 on / 4 off with days and nights.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle advantageous.

SECURITY SUPERVISOR – BEDFORD

Location: Bedford
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
Shifts: Days & Nights available
Duration: 4–7 years

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Security Supervisor to join a long-term project in Bedford.

The Role
