Job summary

Synergy-Security in the United Kingdom is hiring a Security Supervisor to lead a team at our Waltham Cross site. The role is permanent and onsite, with a shift-based schedule covering weekdays and weekends, days and nights.

You will protect life and property, supervise staff, manage rosters, oversee performance, train the team, and liaise with management. An SIA Security Licence and 1–2 years’ experience are required, along with basic IT skills and valid work eligibility.
