Mitie is seeking a security professional in Brighton to protect property, people, and assets on site, following AI instructions and ensuring compliance with UK law. The role focuses on meeting KPIs and maintaining high standards of safety and professional conduct across shifts.

You will undertake ongoing training, renew licences ahead of expiry, and stay vigilant to evolving site requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager. A front-line licence and CCTV licence are required.

Qualifications

• Licence must be renewed 16 weeks before expiry.
• On-site duties performed per published AI's and site changes.
• Compliance with policies, legal and regulatory requirements as directed.

Responsabilités

• Protect customers' property, people and assets per AI's.
• Meet and/or exceed KPI/SLA targets on site.
• Complete required competency training and self-development.
• Review AI's for changes and suggest improvements to service levels.
• Maintain safety, incident reporting and professional conduct on site.
