Salary: £20,000 - £32,000 plus High Commission

Location: Kingston

Regions: London, South East

We are looking to recruit a Consultant with experience in recruiting management staff within either a Sales or Security Solutions Recruitment Desk on a permanent or contract basis. This role involves recruiting all forms of security personnel across various disciplines, from Sales Executives to Executive Sales Directors. The focus will be primarily in EMEA but also worldwide. The sector involves providing solutions for Fire & Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and other security-related products.

The role offers the freedom to develop and grow your own section and the opportunity to manage your own team, with full support from Senior Management experienced in this professional division.

We are particularly interested in recruiters with entrepreneurial flair, motivation, commitment, and passion for recruitment. A good working knowledge of Sales Professionals or Security Solution Sectors is preferred, along with the ability and desire to headhunt candidates. Even if you have limited headhunting experience, we are keen to talk to you. Pinnacle has a proven track record of training recruiters and developing their headhunting skills, which has significantly increased their billings and earnings.
