Civil Engineering Recruitment Consultant/Headhunter – £20,000 – £32,000 plus High Commission

Salary: £20,000 - £32,000 plus High Commission

Location: Kingston

Regions: London, South East

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in recruiting management staff within a Civil Engineering Recruitment Desk on a permanent basis. This role involves recruiting Civil Engineering Professionals across various disciplines, including management roles such as Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Bid Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, etc. You may work with large national contractors or regional smaller contractors.

You will have the opportunity to develop and grow your own section and potentially manage a team, with support from experienced senior management within our Professional Division.

We are particularly interested in recruiters with entrepreneurial flair, motivation, commitment, and passion for recruitment, especially those with a good understanding of the Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sectors. If you have limited headhunting experience, we are keen to speak with you as Pinnacle offers proven training to develop your headhunting skills, increasing your billings and earnings.
