• Conducting routine inspections of security systems across commercial, domestic, and integrated installations.
• Maintenance and repairs; plan your day and visit customer premises across the region.
• Providing technical advice on security best practices and help clients understand our offerings.
• Responding to service calls and resolving issues promptly to maintain safety and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in a structured call-out rota to provide after-hours support on a rotational schedule.
