Chubb Fire & Security Group is hiring a Security Engineer to cover York, Harrogate and surrounding areas. You will inspect, maintain and advise on a range of security systems, visiting customer premises and providing after-hours support as part of a structured rota.

The role offers a base salary and supplements, with on-call and overtime components, plus development and training opportunities within a long-established, global security company.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Routine Inspections: inspect security systems for a range of customers from commercial, domestic, and integrated systems
• Performing Maintenance and Repairs: field-based visits across the region to service sites
• Providing Technical Advice: guide customers on security best practices and available solutions
• Responding to Service Calls: engineers handle requests promptly to maintain safety and satisfaction
• Participate in a structured call-out rota for after-hours support and rotating duties
