Qualifications

• Experience as a Security Service Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems.
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and fault-find on electronic security systems across sites.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
• Deliver professional customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure work complies with industry regulations and standards.
• Participate in overtime and call-out rota as required.
