What you will do

• Attend and undertake service work on security systems at a range of customer sites, including commercial, domestic, and integrated systems.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their security engineering needs are met.
• Receive ongoing training to develop your skills.

How you will do it

• Provide excellent customer service, exceeding expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, and establishing effective relationships.
• Service devices safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, property damage, and loss of materials.
• Manage your time efficiently, prioritising jobs appropriately.

What we look for

• Experience in the Fire & Security industry, ideally with Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, and CCTV.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to lift and climb ladders.
