Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Security Officer to support the Security Manager across our UK parks. You will help keep guests, colleagues and visitors safe while delivering welcoming, high‑quality service.

Join a team that values safeguarding, excellent customer care, and a can‑do attitude in a busy park environment. DBS checks will be carried out where appropriate, and you’ll be part of a supportive network across 65 parks.

Formación

• Current SIA license (Door Supervision) and full UK driving licence.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and influence others to resolve conflicts.
• Comfortable working in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.

As our new Security Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Security Manager and wider team to keep our park safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. You’ll help maintain a secure environment for all guests while delivering excellent customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression.

What you will be doing...

• Maintain a proactive security presence to create a safe environment for our guests, colleagues, and visitors, whilst upholding our park licensing conditions.
• Monitor situations and deal with any potential problems.
• Respond to incidents and support appropriately.
• Maintain security logs, accident, and incident reports with a high level of detail and accuracy.

About you...

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) & full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car)
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident to communicate and influence others to enable effective conflict resolution.
• Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
