Job summary

Bidvest Noonan seeks an experienced Security Officer to safeguard client premises and provide exceptional service on-site. The role demands vigilance, prompt reporting, and adherence to security protocols. Training will be provided, with opportunities for progression and ongoing professional development.

You will carry out patrols, monitor CCTV, and control access while maintaining high standards of customer care and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence required for security roles.
• CCTV licence required (within 3 months).
• Valid UK driving licence required.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• IT skills beneficial for security operations.

Responsibilities

• Patrol client premises on-site and surrounding areas to ensure safety and security.
• Control access and permit only authorised personnel to enter.
• Operate CCTV systems to monitor activity and capture evidence when needed.
• Report security incidents or system failures to line management promptly.
• Comply with SIA, client procedures and security protocols.
• Contribute to achieving site security objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Provide professional service and high standards of customer care.
• Assistance with first aid when required.
• Full training will be provided to successful candidate.

An exciting opportunity to work alongside one of our most prestigious clients has arisen, Bidvest Noonan are seeking to hire Security Officers..

This role would suit someone who is committed to providing impeccable customer service, organised, energetic and someone who always goes above and beyond within their role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing security to our client’s premises ensuring full protection to the site along with other security elements.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce our vision to always be our clients “partner of choice”;
• Ensureclient premises and surrounding area is safe and secure by carrying out patrols internally and externally on site and permitting only authorised personnel;
• Proactivelyoperate CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activity and capturing footage of an evidential nature if required;
• Advise Line Management of any security occurrence or system failure and identify and report any situation of potential risk or concern
• Comply with SIA, Company and client operating procedures, working practices and protocols;
• Actively contribute towards the achievement of our strategic and operational targets and overall business aims.
• To provide a professional service and ensure total customer satisfaction
• First Aid response
• Full training will be given to the successful candidate

Criteria
