Job summary

Bidvest Noonan in London is seeking experienced Security Officers to support one of our prestigious clients. You will join a dedicated team delivering first-class protection and customer service across multiple corporate sites.

The role requires SIA licensing, CCTV operation, and a valid UK driving license. Full training is provided, with paid holidays, pension, and ongoing development opportunities as part of our client-focused service.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor licence is required.
• CCTV licence is required with 3 months notice.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.
• First Aid knowledge is preferred.
• Basic IT skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site and external patrols to keep premises safe and secure.
• Operate CCTV to identify suspicious activity and capture evidence as needed.
• Report security events or system failures to Line Management promptly.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and support client targets.
• Provide a professional service and total customer satisfaction.
• Deliver First Aid if required and participate in ongoing training.

An exciting opportunity to work alongside one of our most prestigious clients has arisen, Bidvest Noonan are seeking to hire support/Relief officers for one of our most prestigious clients JLL.

We have corporate sites from east to west and north to south London.

You will be part of our ever expanding support/Relief team working with the core teams to provide a 1st class service to our clients and colleagues.

This is a great position in which to learn multiple skills and see many different aspects of the private security world.

A guaranteed 36 hours p/w as long as no work is refused or you are uncontactable and an average 42 hours p/w would be the norm.

High Appearance & attendance standards are demanded .

This role would suit someone who is committed to providing impeccable customer service, organised, energetic and someone who always goes above and beyond within their role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing security to our client’s premises across London ensuring full protection to the site along with other security elements.

Responsibilities:

• Reinforce our vision to always be our clients “partner of choice”;
• Ensureclient premises and surrounding area is safe and secure by carrying out patrols internally and externally on site and permitting only authorised personnel;
• Proactivelyoperate CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activity and capturing footage of an evidential nature if required;
• Advise Line Management of any security occurrence or system failure and identify and report any situation of potential risk or concern
• Comply with SIA, Company and client operating procedures, working practices and protocols;
• Actively contribute towards the achievement of our strategic and operational targets and overall business aims.
• To provide a professional service and ensure total customer satisfaction
• First Aid response
• Full training will be given to the successful candidate
