Job summary

QCIC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee physical security installation projects across the UK, from initial client engagement and site surveys through to quotation, installation and handover.

This client‑facing role requires strong project management, account management and technical understanding of enterprise security systems, with travel nationwide and a focus on delivering on time, within budget and to spec.

Qualifications

• Experience managing physical security or electronic security installations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project specifications.
• Excellent client-facing and account management skills.
• Budget management experience and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple physical security installation projects across the UK.
• Conduct client meetings and site surveys to identify requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and scope of works.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to deliver projects on time and to spec.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed specifications.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and support ongoing account management.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend progress meetings and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure health & safety regulations and company procedures are followed.
• Support system commissioning, testing and handovers.
• Identify opportunities for additional works within existing accounts.
