Job summary

JCI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of security-focused construction projects across the UK. The role requires strong P&L oversight, excellent stakeholder management, and robust leadership to drive projects from initiation through to handover.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources, coordinating with clients and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Travel across the UK and Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on construction projects.
• Solid knowledge of security systems and experience with enterprise level access and CCTV systems.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing project P&L.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance (P&L accountability).
• Prepare, maintain, and update project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using MS Projects, Mentor and JDE.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
