Job summary

QCIC in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of physical security installation projects from client engagement through handover. You will manage site surveys, quotations, installation, commissioning, and risk management while coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

This client-facing role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and a thorough understanding of access control, CCTV, and integrated platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing physical/electronic security installation projects.
• Strong understanding of access control, CCTV, and integrated platforms.
• Experience with site surveys and producing detailed quotations.
• Excellent client-facing and account management skills.
• Able to read technical drawings and interpret project specs.
• Strong budgeting and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple physical security installation projects across the UK.
• Conduct client meetings and site surveys to identify requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and scope of works.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and specs.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and support account management.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the lifecycle.
• Attend progress meetings and report to clients.
• Ensure health & safety compliance.
• Support system commissioning, testing, and handovers.
• Identify opportunities for additional works within accounts.
