Job summary

Total Integrated Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead security installations in the UK. You will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while keeping customers informed and satisfied.

The role requires coordinating the engineering team and subcontractors and delivering on time, on budget, and to programme. A strong technical mindset and MS Office 365 skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within the security industry.
• Working knowledge of NSI standards.
• Understanding of access control, intruder, IP and analogue CCTV, and fire alarms.
• Ability to read and work to a Programme of Works.
• ECS (CSCS) card.
• Willingness to work towards SMSTS/Prince2.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and general IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Project manage construction and upgrade projects to tight timelines and budgets.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Assist with installation of CCTV (analogue and IP), access control, intruder alarms, and fire systems.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely job reports.
• Maintain high installation standards and safety practices.
• Provide premium customer service and complete health and safety audits.
• Complete training to improve knowledge and performance.
