Nebius is seeking a Security Product Manager to lead the security products roadmap and customer communications across Nebius’ AI cloud platform. You will own ideation, prioritization, and postmortem processes, while coordinating with CISO, GRC and platform teams to ensure a strong security posture and compelling market messaging.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in security-focused PM/PMO roles, familiarity with SOC 2/ISO 27001/GDPR, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Product/Program Management focused on security initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Stakeholder management to align PMs, CISO, engineering, marketing.
• Analytical mindset with metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Project management across cross-functional teams to meet compliance goals.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision and roadmap for Nebius’ security products.
• Own ideation, backlog, prioritization and customer feedback processes.
• Guide new features from inception to launch with customer focus.
• Lead public-facing communications on security updates and compliance status.
• Coordinate incident messaging with the Head of Security Products and CISO.
• Identify gaps in security posture and propose differentiating initiatives.
