Nebius is seeking a senior product manager to own and shape the high-scale search infrastructure for AI agents. You will set quality bars, tradeoffs, and a clear roadmap that balances coverage, freshness, and cost, working with engineering, research, evaluation, and customer success teams.

You will influence cross-functional stakeholders, translate data into actionable decisions, and define the future direction as agents become the primary user of retrieval systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in high-scale search or ranking systems.
• Background as engineer/ML engineer/researcher on production systems in relevant areas.
• Experience shipping a search or ranking change end-to-end, with evaluation and post-release outcomes.
• Strong data foundation: design experiments, read eval results, distinguish real improvements from noise.
• Product judgment to decide what to build and defend decisions to engineers and customers.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and how retrieval fits into agentic workflows.
• Comfort with ambiguity, moving between strategy and execution without losing the thread.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsabilités

• Set the quality bar and release criteria for search and define what good means per use case.
• Own depth, latency, and cost tradeoffs across search products and justify decisions.
• Shape the direction of the index: coverage, freshness, and quality bar.
• Develop a roadmap for search infrastructure as agents become main consumers.
• Analyze alternatives and drive work to close critical gaps for customers.
• Collaborate with customer success to understand real-world results and set quality priorities.
• Coordinate with data and product owners to define corpus contents and result shaping per industry.
