Job summary

Pearson is hiring an Advanced Specialist Product Manager for Test Security Platforms to own domain roadmaps across Identity, Behavior, Location, Platform and Environment. You will shape a security-driven platform with clear service contracts and cross-team impact, guided by threat intelligence and market signals.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Security Operations and analytics teams to ensure measurable success, balancing risk, accuracy and user impact in a regulated testing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with security, identity, fraud, risk or trust-and-safety products.
• Ownership of a platform or shared-services product consumed by multiple internal teams.
• Experience with detection or classification products built on AI/ML and precision/recall trade-offs.
• Experience in regulated, high-stakes environments with tangible consequences.
• Evidence-driven roadmap development from market and threat intelligence.
• Strong written communication able to explain complex security trade-offs to executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own a persistent, outcome-based roadmap for five security domains: Identity, Behavior, Location, Platform and Environment.
• Design security as a shared platform with defined capabilities, service contracts and integration patterns.
• Maintain a live capability gap analysis and articulate what is needed to close weaknesses.
• Build standing view of exam security threats and translate discoveries into roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering Delivery, Architecture and Security Operations from discovery to production.
• Contribute to the shared product operating model: discovery practice, roadmaps, decisions and KPI definitions.
