They are seeking a Security Performance and Project Lead to support the delivery and continuous improvement of Physical Security Operations across their Belfast site.

As Security Performance and Project Lead, you will support the Head of Site Security in delivering a robust and effective security framework across the Belfast operation. You will play a key role in driving physical security project delivery, operational performance, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with the wider Physical Security Operations team, supporting Security Operations, Security Systems, Emergency Response, Fire Safety, and Fire Fighting services to ensure the business receives a high‑quality and effective security service.
The role will involve coordinating security projects, managing KPIs and reporting, supporting governance meetings, conducting audits and process reviews, maintaining compliance documentation, and driving continuous improvement activities across operational security services.
You will also support contractor management, Capex project delivery, Active Risk Management coordination, and EHS compliance activities within a highly secure and regulated environment.
