Searchability NS&D is searching for a Security Performance Lead to oversee physical security operations on-site in Belfast. This position is critical for protecting staff and assets within a regulated environment.

The successful candidate will manage security projects, KPIs, and compliance documentation while ensuring a high-quality security service. BPSS clearance is required for this long-term contract opportunity, expected to last up to 3 years.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supporting physical security operations and projects.
• Strong skills in managing data, trackers, and governance documentation.
• Experience with auditing and continuous improvement is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Site Security in delivering a robust security framework.
• Drive physical security project delivery and operational performance.
• Conduct audits and maintain compliance documentation.

Skills

Background within security, administration, or operational support environments

Experience supporting physical security operations and projects

Experience with auditing, process confirmation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

Strong understanding of KPIs and SLAs

Experience managing data, trackers, reporting, and governance documentation

Excellent Microsoft Office and G‑Suite skills

Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills

Experience coordinating meetings, actions, and reporting activities

Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing operational priorities

Experience supporting contractor or third‑party supplier activities

Experience with security systems installation projects

Understanding of emergency response, fire safety, or operational resilience environments

Education

Eligibility for BPSS clearance and UK Civil Aviation Enhanced Vetting
