Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking a security professional to support national asset physical security surveys and help develop proportionate security controls. The role allows home working with significant travel to client sites.

Essential experience includes change management, government security principles, and conducting security surveys, with the ability to produce/update security policies and visit remote estates as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a change management environment.
• Experience applying Government security and National Technical Authority security principles.
• Experience conducting physical security/risk assessment surveys.
• Experience in producing, updating and reviewing security policies and processes.
• Ability to visit customer estates, some of which are remote (driving).

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the schedule for main asset physical security surveys.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate/proportionate physical security controls - policies, processes, standards and guidance, with input from internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Support Physical Security incidents and investigations, if required.
• Support the People Security team, if required.

Job description

• * Support Physical Security incidents and investigations, if required.
• * Support the People Security team, if required.

The role is nationally recruited and is suitable for home working but is likely to require significant reimbursable travel for liaison and site visits.

Essential

• * Experience and comfortable working in a change management environment.
• * Experience in applying Govt. security and National Technical Authority security principles.

• * Ability to work both unsupervised or as part of a team.
• * High level of literacy with experience in using MS suite of products.
