Job summary

Evelyn Partners in London is recruiting a Security Operations Specialist for a 12 month FTC. You will join the SOC, delivering second and third line review, analysis and incident response for security events. You will support security measures and partner with Technology Services to improve operations.

You will build stakeholder relationships, guide end users on best security practices, and contribute to ongoing security improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security operations or a technical security role with incident response focus.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, IAM and DLP and Zero Trust concepts.
• Experience in Azure/365-centric environments.
• Experience analyzing cyber attacks using MITRE ATT&CK and related frameworks.
• Ability to stay updated on threat landscape and adapt controls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to escalated security incidents within timescales and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with third-party security vendors for monitoring and triage.
• Analyze security reports to identify trends and drive secure behaviours.
• Be part of Cyber Incident Response team as a technical SME.
• Maintain phishing campaigns, reporting and remediation management.
• Oversee security tooling across vendors and stay aware of policies.
