Job Description

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe and secure environment across multiple locations, implementing robust security protocols, and optimising operational efficiency. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding and supporting your team to achieve and exceed security objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. With a keen focus on proactive risk management and effective resource allocation, you'll lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional security services that meet and surpass client expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operations, including out-of-hours visits and audits.
• Oversee schedules and deployment of security officers, including third-party contractors.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively, including staff and equipment.
• Maintain rosters and schedules using SOC Team, WFM, and iTime systems.
• Conduct security audits (QIRs/Site Audits) via ServiceTrac and follow up on actions.
• Ensure standards are consistently achieved, maintained, and improved.
• Implement security methods and maintain operational processes.
• Review and maintain health and safety documentation in line with legislation and ISS requirements.
• Perform other operational duties as needed.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Experience managing security contracts, soft services, or similar at a regional level.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of ISS auditing procedures.
• Understanding of Security Guarding operations per BS:7499 standard.
• Experience working within budgets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client influence and negotiation.
• Ability to collaborate within teams and across functions.
