Job summary

Unipart Group is seeking a Security Operations Manager to drive the effective implementation of security standards across UK sites, reporting to the Head of Security Operations – UK. You will lead cost-optimised security solutions and protect assets while managing risk exposure for the organisation, customers, and employees.

You will deploy robust security measures, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality security services.

Qualifications

• Proven background in complex, high-pressure security risk management.
• Experience in risk assessments and audits, preferably within logistics, supply chain, transport, or manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities with Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and secure working environment for employees and visitors by deploying robust security solutions.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enact safety standards mitigating vulnerabilities.
• Deliver cost-efficient protective strategies and exceptional service quality to clients.
• Evaluate threat levels and drive remediation with progress tracking for security gaps.
• Develop and maintain site security profiles mapping security design and installations.
• Ensure outsourced guarding services are delivered to contract requirements across sites.
