• Proven experience in a security management or operations role.
• Experience managing third-party security services.
• Strong understanding of auditing, risk management and compliance.
• Experience in investigations and incident management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to work out of hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations on site and with providers.
• Monitor third-party provider performance against the Security Management Plan.
• Identify gaps and escalate corrective actions.
• Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Lead investigations and liaise with internal and external agencies.
• Provide out-of-hours support and on-call incident management.
• Drive continuous improvement and security training.
