Job summary

Brainlabs is the independent, founder-led agency building the future of media. We are looking for a Security Operations Lead to own day-to-day security operations, run SecOps AI agents, and drive vulnerability remediation across our cloud platforms.

You will work closely with engineering teams, read code to assess SAST findings, and help set clear security conditions while building with AI tools. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in a culture that values learning and responsible

Qualifications

• You have solid security operations experience in security engineering, appsec, or platform security.
• You know GCP well: IAM, service accounts, logging, and org policy; AWS and Azure familiarity helps.
• You can read code well enough to judge whether a SAST finding is real.
• You’re fluent with AI tooling and you build with it rather than around it.
• You write clearly, because most of what you produce is a decision someone else has to act on.
• You’re comfortable saying no with a reason and yes with conditions, and happy owning a function rather than working a queue.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day security operations and incident support.
• Run and extend SecOps AI agents for triage and documentation.
• Drive vulnerability remediation with dev and platform teams.
• Maintain security posture across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
